我笑你繞太陽的地球，一日夜只打得一個迴旋；

我笑你繞地球的月亮，總不會永遠團團；

我笑你千千萬萬大大小小的星球，總跳不出自己的軌道線；

我笑你一秒鐘行五十萬里的無線電，總比不上我區區的心頭一念！

我這心頭一念，

才從竹竿巷，忽到竹竿尖；

忽在赫貞江上，忽在凱約*湖邊；


我若真個害刻骨的相思，便一分鐘繞地球三千萬轉！
